"us," "we," or "our") operates this application (the "Application"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") are an agreement between us and you ("User," "you," or "your"). This Agreement governs your use of the Application and any of its products or services (collectively, the "Mobile Application," "MacOS Application," or "Services").
Accounts And Membership
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Application. By using the Application and agreeing to this Agreement, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activities occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
Content Restrictions
This Application does not offer or display adult content.
We maintain a family-friendly environment suitable for general audiences. Any content made available through the Services will comply with U.S. laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for users under 13 years of age.
Billing And Payments
You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. If auto-renewal is enabled, your subscription will renew automatically until canceled. All payment data is encrypted via SSL and protected by industry-standard security practices. High-risk transactions may require additional identity verification. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or product offerings at any time.
Accuracy Of Information
Occasionally, there may be errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Application, including pricing or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information without prior notice, even after an order has been submitted.
Third-Party Services
Access to third-party services is governed solely by those third parties' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content. You access them at your own risk.x

We target 99% uptime per calendar month, excluding:

Backups
We are not responsible for maintaining or recovering your data. You are solely responsible for backing up your content.x

Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property related to the Application remains the exclusive property of CODEFAB-PH I.T: SERVICES, LLC or its licensors. Your use of the Application grants no ownership or license rights.
Disclaimer Of Warranty
The Application and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $1 or the amount you paid in the preceding one-month period, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CODEFAB-PH I.T: SERVICES, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Application or Services.
Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full effect.
Governing Law And Jurisdiction
This Agreement will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Bohol, Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tagbilarian City, Bohol, and waive any right to a jury trial.
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely.
Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted in the Application with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Acceptance Of Terms
By using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application or Services.
